Teaching Positions
Preschool Teacher
Salaried Ages 3 & 4

Faith-centered educator who creates a nurturing environment for young learners through play-based instruction, developmental activities, and consistent communication with families.

Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Elementary School Teachers
Salaried Grades 2–5

Rigorous instruction across core subjects in a disciplined, faith-based classroom. Strong candidates are excellent communicators, consistent in classroom management, and genuinely invested in student growth — academic and character.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education · TN Teacher License required

Music Teacher
Part Time 15–25 hrs/week

Educates students on music theory, instrumentation, and vocal performance. Leads rehearsals and prepares students for school performances in a creative, structured environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Music Education

Art Teacher
Part Time 10–15 hrs/week

Inspires students through hands-on visual arts instruction that fosters creativity, imagination, and artistic expression. Introduces a variety of artistic techniques and media while encouraging students to develop confidence and an appreciation for the visual arts in a Christ-centered learning environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
Also encouraged to apply: Certified art teachers, teaching artists, retired educators, and experienced artists who enjoy working with children.

Non-Teaching Positions
Cafeteria Monitor
Part Time

Supervises students during meals, maintains a clean and orderly cafeteria, and helps create a safe and positive environment throughout the lunch period.

Education: High school diploma or GED
Requirements: Food safety knowledge, computer skills, ability to work with children

Before Care / After Care
Part Time 30 hrs/week

Supervises and nurtures students before and after school hours. Responsibilities include structured activities, homework assistance, snack preparation, and consistent parent communication.

Requirements: Must be 21+, CPR certified, experience working with children
